PrimeVenue is committed to delivering high-quality digital wedding invitations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to be fair to both our clients and our design team. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
If you request a cancellation after payment has been confirmed but before our design team has commenced work on your invitation, you are entitled to a full refund (100%) of the amount paid. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +971 569 080 878 within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Once our design team has started work on your invitation (typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation), the following refund schedule applies: • Draft not yet sent: 50% refund of the total amount paid. • Draft sent and under review: 25% refund of the total amount paid. • Draft approved by Client: No refund is available once the Client has formally approved the draft design. • Final invitation delivered: No refund is available after delivery.
If you are unsatisfied with the design after the included revision rounds, please contact us before approving the draft. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of subjective design preferences if the delivered work matches the information and preferences provided at the time of ordering.
If the delivered invitation contains technical errors (broken links, incorrect names, wrong dates) that are attributable to PrimeVenue and not to incorrect information provided by the Client, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. If the error cannot be corrected within 5 business days, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) the Client provided incorrect information that was incorporated into the design; (b) the Client approved the draft and then changed their mind; (c) the Client failed to respond to our communications for more than 14 days, resulting in order closure; (d) the Client requests changes beyond the agreed scope of the original order.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order reference number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
PrimeVenue reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Orders placed before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the order.
